speaker 1: something in your conversation that made you think that he would think that your case is more complicated and then a typical case I bet you think this is more expensive because I never followed his advice what I think he thinks that it would be more expensive because I do not follow his advice well no because you go back and forth back and forth back and forth on what it is you want to have happened you know what I mean told him your actual goal was just to give your wife whatever she wants and then actually let that process without putting any whole box that's plugged in place about going next week and then you would want to shoot for 50 50 times then I don't think he would call that more complicated complicated when you keep saying you want something but don't be willing to actually go through the courts to get it instead of go through app using it around your wife to try to get it I guess I guess my thinking is whatever amount of money he still has a viewers if it's $13,000 then if he gives you the $13,000 back now and you want him to do something for the future I think you should be able to just give him the $13,000 because you're obviously not going to blow through all of that just asking him to read through the settlement but I write up and give you an okay to find it right I don't know maybe I mean he he asks for the 15,000 is the first place in case it goes to trial so I think pretty pretty ridiculous of him too ask for the whole thing when you know that that's not what you're pursuing and not something that's possibly going to happen right I don't know all right well we we definitely need it so can you go ahead and get it back I'm not comfortable doing that sorry what cuz we still have a divorce case and not going to fire my lawyer as well we divorcee I mean this one foot in one foot out thing is not going to work we home you're pretending that you want to reconcile and within pretending you want to reconcile you're claiming that you're only going life is to love it served me and you're saying that if I divorce you then would sign whatever settlement I propose you're not comfortable asking for retainer back you're worried that if you went to rehire him it would be way more complicated and way more costly than $15,000 which indicates an intention to go to trial so I'm on a number of levels not okay with the fact that we can't pay our bills can't make ends meet you continue going to continue to have expenses that are greater than what we put in the budget money and it sounds like you were intentionally misleading me about wanting to give me everything in a settlement to trick me into thinking that you're trying to act in my best interest now when that's not really the case you're really just acting in your own best interest trying to get with me so that there's not a settlement. Thursday Thursday I don't see how this can work off you're constantly lying to me I have been lied to you what I have not lied to you so if we were to divorce she would just fine whatever settlement that I write it you really wouldn't even need an attorney to review it off or you're lying after you lied about tasty as an after you live about syncing that you had cancelled the mobile lock down I just don't see how this can work I got to go I got to pick up the kids
