speaker 1: speaker 2: this call may be recorded family hey speaker 1: come by my house but that did you come by my house speaker 2: okay did you want to visit yeah obviously I have to see if I'm in lunch take them to my mom's house and not pick the kids up from school later you're welcome here in my tool trailer putting a battery charger on the battery that'll probably do go by there and you could see him with you don't need the deadbolt cuz you have your key yeah yeah okay I put me into the store employees but I was wondering if I said that pass the ceiling apartment speaker 1: what do you think I don't know speaker 2: I mean obviously it looks terrible like that yeah somebody help move okay I see it seems like when I accidentally listed it for a thousand utilities included I got a ton of interest and then Thursday listed it for 1300 nothing so I don't know if the pudding the utilities included price is going to work after all because people filter out what's not in their budget so it's you know what I mean cuz so much is through Zillow now and when you go on zero if you're somebody who absolutely cannot afford $13 a month plus utilities you're going to click on the little thing that says under 1,000 only and it's not even going to show up. 2013 that was another was looking at then can you hear me a little bit you're cutting in and out when otherwise look at it speaker 1: we speaker 2: mean like somebody that can afford a $1,300 a month apartment and plus utilities probably wouldn't normally look at it and my receiver that's a good deal and be a better tenant wage I think it's probably I don't think that happens I think I think anywhere if you're not talking way more than that I don't think people filter out stuff that's lower price off I think when you set especially when there's you know it's the small one area and they're so little on the market when you check your filters you're going to put your max budget in fact I got you and you're going to go through everything that's under your budget and see if it's feasible for you and if the only reason you would filter out something that's under your budget is if it sucks nasty which for a lot of people in that range would think it looks nasty all right and again I'm talking about the 1300 yeah bilities like that's that's a class of people who aren't going to want our place. Okay what do you think of this is the question you have all the tools you need to do it you have all the materials you need to do it what is it I believe that's true but but what could come up in the middle of it is that is going to make you think I need to go to load money on a second.
